Cancellations
Cancel within 6 hours without charge. Later requests are not guaranteed; shipped orders cannot be canceled.
30-Day Returns
Request eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and complete in their original packaging. Removed adhesive liners may affect eligibility.
Before Returning
Contact us for instructions and the correct address. Do not automatically use the shipping-label address.
Shipping Costs
Customers cover return shipping for selection errors or changed minds; original shipping is generally nonrefundable. For verified defects, damage, incorrect items, or inaccurate fitment information, we cover applicable return or replacement shipping. Original shipping may also be refunded.
Order Issues & Exchanges
Report damage, defects, missing parts, or fitment discrepancies within 7 days. We assess solutions individually; returns may be required. Exchanges depend on availability; customer-requested exchanges may incur reshipping costs.
Refunds
Returns are inspected before approval. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; provider processing times vary. Contact us after 15 business days without receipt.
Price Changes
Later price reductions do not qualify for refunds unless a promotion states otherwise.
